Two things. An AMH blood test, and an ultrasound scan to count your antral follicles (AFC). The scan is done by Dr. Trinna Karmmakar, our lead fertility specialist, so you can ask questions while your ovaries are literally on screen. The visit takes about 45 minutes.
Your follicle count is on the screen during the scan, and Dr. Trinna walks you through it live. Your AMH result comes back within 24–48 hours. Then Jessie, our fertility coach, takes you through both numbers together. Results, questions, next steps, costs, timelines.

Together, they give us a good estimate of how many eggs you could freeze in one cycle. They're planning numbers, not verdicts. They don't predict whether you'll conceive naturally.
No. We've seen 28-year-olds who needed to move fast and 37-year-olds with plenty of time. That's exactly why the check exists. You can't answer the timing question without data that's personal to you.

The scan is a transvaginal ultrasound that takes about 10 minutes. It's the same scan fertility specialists use to count the follicles in your ovaries, and gives us one of the most useful numbers for planning egg freezing.
Yes. If you'd like a fuller fertility work-up, we can add tests like thyroid, prolactin, or the rest of the fertility hormone panel during the same visit. We'll explain the costs beforehand, and you only pay for what you choose.
