Talk to a fertility advisor about where you are, what you've been told, and what you're trying to figure out. No pressure to book treatment. Just an honest conversation about your options, costs and next steps.
Your first assessment looks at both partners - medical history, hormones, ovarian reserve, ultrasound, semen health and anything else that could affect your chances. We don't start with a protocol. We start by understanding what's actually going on.
For around 10–12 days, you'll take hormone injections to help your ovaries grow multiple eggs. You'll have regular scans and dose adjustments throughout, so your protocol can respond to how your body is actually doing.
Once your eggs are ready, they're collected in a short procedure under sedation. They're then fertilised with sperm in our in-house embryology lab, where our embryologists monitor their development over the following days.
We don't rush straight into a transfer. Embryos that reach the blastocyst stage are frozen while your body resets. Your care team then prepares you for transfer, including getting your uterine lining ready.
When you're ready, one embryo is gently transferred into your uterus.
Then you wait about two weeks before a blood test tells you where things stand - and your care team stays with you through it.
