You don't have to be struggling with fertility to get checked. If having a baby is on your mind, Arva Duo gives you a clearer place to start, together.

For her:

  • AMH blood test: measures AMH, a marker of ovarian reserve. ₹2,200
  • Follicle count ultrasound: counts antral follicles and checks the ovaries and uterus. ₹1,500

For him:

  • Semen analysis: checks sperm count, volume, motility and morphology. ₹1,000
  • Serology screen: standard infection screening required before a semen analysis. ₹2,500

You’ll also have a consultation with a fertility specialist + follow-up to bring your results together and explain what they mean for you as a couple. ₹1,000

You come in together. A short intake, bloods and a scan for her, a sample for him. We help you time the scan to the right point in her cycle.

Your follicle count is on the screen during the scan, and Dr. Trinna walks you through it live. Your blood test result comes back within 24–48 hours. Then Jessie, our fertility coach, takes you through both numbers together.

So we start with both sides. Arva Duo is a first look at egg reserve and sperm health, before you go deeper.

What's included

Everything, in one visit

  • Egg reserve

    A blood test that measures AMH (Anti-mullerian hormone), one marker of ovarian reserve.

  • Follicle count

    AFC gives you another view of ovarian reserve and lets Dr. Trinna see the ovaries directly.

  • Semen analysis

    Count, volume, motility and morphology, the key measures of sperm health.

  • Serology screen

    A standard infection screen required before a semen analysis. If you’ve had one recently, bring your results and we’ll skip it.
